Support

Support for the Free-tier Beta is best-effort and focused on the newest identified build and the current supported macOS baseline (26.4+).

  1. Preserve the phrase library — export a .phrasepilot backup if the issue might involve data.
  2. Note Astramar / PhrasePilot version and build.
  3. Note macOS version and whether you use Apple silicon or Intel.
  4. Confirm whether the problem still happens after a clean quit and relaunch from Applications.
  5. Reproduce with synthetic phrase content when possible.
  6. Export and review a metadata-only Diagnostic Summary (Settings → Library) when the issue involves launch, save, paste, permissions, or migration.
  • Astramar version and build
  • macOS version
  • distribution channel (controlled cohort / Mac App Store / verified direct / development)
  • the affected feature
  • steps to reproduce
  • expected and observed behavior
  • whether clipboard-only delivery works
  • a reviewed diagnostic summary when available

Never include in an ordinary public report

Section titled “Never include in an ordinary public report”
  • passwords, API keys, OAuth or session tokens
  • clipboard contents
  • private phrase libraries (.phrasepilot / data.json)
  • customer data, internal URLs, or scripts with secrets
  • unredacted Console crash samples that still contain private paths or window titles

Security vulnerabilities and credential exposure follow the published security reporting process instead of a detailed public issue.
